How to fix the expired root Let's Encrypt certificate

To solve the issue that began at 2021-10-02 you need to manually remove the root certificate:

sudo rm /usr/share/ca-certificates/mozilla/DST_Root_CA_X3.crt sudo update-ca-certificates
